AI-Powered Rate Suggestions

[Only available for CargoMART Pro Users]

We leverage 1.5 months of dynamic rate data, retrieved via API, to generate AI-powered rate suggestions that are reliable and future-proof. Access this using our advanced Rate Management System.

Other Rate Management System Updates

We are on our way to building the most powerful Rate Management System. The tireless work of our teams every month brings us closer to giving you the best solutions.

View both the buying rate and selling rate after markup has been applied. The buying rate represents the cost to the user, while the selling rate reflects the price after the markup is applied. Users will have the option to show or hide the buying rates on the interface.

Benefits:
- Clear Pricing Transparency - Easily compare the buying rate with the selling rate to understand margin and profitability.
- Customizability to match comfort - The ability to show or hide the buying rate gives users control over the information they wish to display, reducing clutter.

To enhance user experience and provide quicker access to important information, we are adding a direct link in the Rate Management System (RMS) that will take users to the respective airline’s schedule website.
Benefits:
- Improved Efficiency - Make faster, more informed decisions, reducing the need for manual inquiries.
We can now calculate and show the “All-in” rate using the formula:
All-in rate = Net rate + Fuel Surcharge + IRC + Msc. Surge Charge
Benefits:
- Enhance customer satisfaction: Simplify the process of calculating all-in rates, reducing time spent by users on manual calculations
- Customization flexibility: give users control over which types of rates they want to see: all-in rates or net rates.

The “Security Surcharge” column name has been changed to IRC
Users can now input weight and volume data allowing us to calculate the chargeable weight. Given chargeable weight calculated by the system, total charges are calculated.

Shipper Quotation Module Updates

Quote creation now includes local charges for destination airports, mirroring the origin airport logic for a seamless experience.
- Charges marked as default in the forwarder's settings are automatically pre-selected in the quote, while also respecting commodity-specific configurations.
- Charges not marked as default are displayed but not pre-selected, allowing manual selection by the user.
- Charges are editable during quote creation and apply only to the current quote. To make permanent changes, users must update the values in the Charge Settings page.
- Automatically pre-selects default import charges based on the forwarder’s settings, saving time during quote creation.

In addition to flights with API rates, users can now include in quotes:
- Flights with static rates directly from the search results page.
- Flights with no associated rates on CargoMART by allowing manual rate entry.
Benefits:
- Expanded Options - Provides forwarders with a broader range of flights and airlines to include in quotes, enhancing flexibility.
- Enhanced flexibility in quoting, empowering users to create custom quotes even when dynamic and/or static rates are unavailable.

Enhanced Search Results Matrix

Users can now select and filter by airline directly by clicking on the airline logo in the first column, streamlining the selection process and improving usability.

New Language Support

To better serve our global users, CargoMART now supports Arabic, Turkish, Thai, and Vietnamese languages. We are constantly working to improve the experience and inclusivity for all our users.
